The units were newly remodelled and the staff were highly courteous people from concierges to chambermaids. The continental breakfast that I ordered was large with the fried eggs and flaky croissants, for example.
The bathroom was a little small and Wi-Fi was rather slow.

Beautifully presented rooms with a separate lounge and a hair dryer, facilities worked well. The location was excellent and perfect, to nearly all of Edinburgh's Landmarks, and the bed comfortable. Also, Tate Liverpool was 2 km away from the hotel.

Amazing location, we were near to In centre of Edinburgh easy walking distance to shops bars restaurants, all main attractions and primarily from side street. Our extremely pleasant and comfortable modern room included comfy bed, a storage and a hair dryer. Knowledgeable and competent staff at reception desk, had a very nice attitude.

Bright and popular place to stay, it offers continental breakfasts. The staff are knowledgeable and offer wake up service and ironing free of charge. The building is very comfortable and the rooms are comfortable modern. The location is marvellous and brilliant, bars and restaurants were next to the hotel. There are several restaurants and bars in the area.

The location was incredible - close to tourist sites, train station and many good re, a night club which did n't close til 3 am on all 3 nights and the Royal Mile, a short walk to all of the main attractions. Absolutely courteous team on one receptionist.

The location was great and brilliant, near to a taxi to A & E @ 2000 on a Saturday night in Edinburgh between Christmas and Hogmanay and the surrounding sights and lots of restaurants.
